I believe that we live in exciting times in dentistry as there have been great treatment advances in recent years. For example, in the past, crown work used to take multiple appointments, but these days the treatment can now be completed in one appointment. Improved understanding of the biological processes affecting teeth and jaws have greatly changed the way we provide treatment – preventive or interceptive treatment to avoid problems is now the norm rather than the exception.
My particular interests in dentistry are in orthodontics restoration, and CAD/CAM dentistry and I have invested significant time in post-graduate seminars and courses in these areas.
I am married with two boys and in my free time pursue my photographic and musical hobbies.
